Security and trust

Security and trust are core topics to address for structured email in order to prevent abuse.

There are several approaches that can be done:

• Ensuring message integrity (e.g., using DMARC/DKIM/SPF)
• Accepting structured email only from trusted source (e.g., using an explicit trusted sender address book)
• Signing and encryption of messages
