KDE Itinerary

KDE Itinerary is an Open Source cross-platform digital travel assistant, which can extract structured data from your booking confirmation emails.

It combines several features around structured email:

• An extension to the KMail email client provides access to incoming email of a user
• The KItinerary library is an independent component which extracts structured data from email and alternatively can also generate structured data from semi-structured text (based on rules) or analyzing QR- and barcode images.
• The actual KDE Itinerary travel assistant app presents the collected structured data. The presentation can be enriched with data derived from external sources, such as timetable delays or elevator status in a station.
